Rebecca Guidera

Rebecca Guidera is a Boulder-based therapist and yoga teacher. She is a perinatal psychotherapist at The Postpartum Wellness Center of Boulder. Rebecca completed her Master’s degree at Naropa University in 2019 with her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a focus in Somatic Psychology. She specializes in prenatal and postpartum mental health, and utilizes her knowledge of somatic psychotherapy to support parents and caregivers in wellness and healing.

Molly Smith is a front-range based yoga teacher and doula who specializes in the whole woman. She emphasizes her work on not only pregnancy & labor but also childbearing years for all women. Her passion is helping women find their power, self-love and love for life through transformational coaching and classes.
